I have found Home. Page of Dr. Boyd. There are some summaries of the conferennse at BIRS. In particular, the summary in 2003 titled "The Many Aspects of Mahler's Measure" is very suitable to explain the posted articles about Dr. Boyd. Then I will translated it, separating to 3 parts.
